The Maskin Mekano SV 1202 is a mobile double-deck screening plant designed to produce three separate final fractions. It is suitable for screening a wide range of materials, including sand, soil, compost, crushed concrete, aggregates, wood, biomass, glass and various recycling materials. The actual production capacity depends on the material, moisture content, feed rate and installed screening media. The complete plant is electrically driven and does not require an integrated diesel engine during operation. This provides low energy consumption, reduced noise levels and no local exhaust emissions. The machine can be fed by a wheel loader, excavator, crusher, shredder, dosing unit or separate feed conveyor. The SV 1202 is equipped with a double-deck Maskin Mekano STE screen box with a screening area of 1.4 by 4.8 metres per deck. The screen operates with a stroke of 12 millimetres and an inclination of 11 degrees. Separate discharge conveyors transport the fine material, intermediate fraction and oversize material directly to individual stockpiles. The machine is equipped with a wide feed conveyor, two side discharge conveyors and a wide rear conveyor for the fine fraction. The conveyors can be hydraulically folded and unfolded. The working platforms are also hydraulically foldable, allowing the plant to be changed quickly from transport position to operating position. Access stairs, handrails, guarded platforms and safety covers provide safe access for inspection and maintenance. Hydraulic support legs are fitted for setting up and levelling the machine on site. The plant is mounted on a compact hook-lift frame with wheels, allowing it to be loaded onto a suitable transport vehicle and repositioned around the working site.
