CAT 140 K

The Caterpillar 140K Motor Grader is a medium-sized engineering machine integrating powerful power, precise control, high efficiency and durability, specially built for road construction, maintenance, site leveling, ditching and camber trimming. With core technologies and humanized design, it becomes an efficient operation choice in earthmoving engineering. The whole machine is equipped with a Cat® C7 ACERT™ engine with a net power of 128-143kW (171-191hp), matched with a direct-drive power shift transmission, featuring efficient power transmission and a torque reserve of 46%. Meanwhile, the electronic throttle control achieves precise matching of horsepower and torque, improving both fuel efficiency and operation productivity. The whole machine is equipped with a load-sensing hydraulic system and a dual electronic control joystick design, which reduces the arm operation range by 78% and greatly lowers operator fatigue. It can realize simultaneous multi-compound actions. Combined with the optimized moldboard curvature and large throat clearance, the material flow is smoother, and the leveling accuracy and operation efficiency are significantly improved. The 3.7m wide professional moldboard can achieve 90° side tilt and a maximum digging depth of 735mm, with a wide operation range and adapt to various leveling needs. In terms of operating experience and durability, the 140K has an industry-spacious cab, standard with shock-absorbing seats, high-efficiency heating and air conditioning, and low-vibration and low-noise design, with an optional reverse image for full view and comfort.
