The following are repairs completed by CAT Dealer prior to Marcel Equipment owning this Caterpillar 816K Compactor;
At 7,397 hours, REBUILT fan assembly
At 7,397 hours, installed NEW CAT drop-in engine
At 7,397 hours, installed NEW fuel transfer pump
At 9,704 hours, installed NEW DEF manifold
At 13,293 hours, failed u-joint caused a crack in transfer case
As a result, Transfer Case, Transmission & Torque were all REBUILT
All NEW bearings, seals, modulation valves, retaining rings, output transfer gear case sensors, wiring harness
Transmission was dyno/bench tested
At 14,659 hours, RESEALED blade lift cylinder.
