Completed visual & operational inspections Changed engine oil & filter  Filter was cut open & checked for contaminants - clean Changed transmission oil & filter, filter cut open & checked – Filter clean - Transmission leaking between sections. Replaced oil after repair Checked suction screens - Clean Changed hydraulic filter, filter checked - filter clean – Oil was clean Changed fuel filter  Checked Differential Oils – rear diff input seal leaking - changed oil in both differentials when repairs completed Checked rear axle oscillation – Loose - Needs repair Checked center articulation - good Checked engine high & low idle – with in CAT spec’s Checked torque converter stall speed – with-in CAT spec’s Checked all transmission pressures – with-in CAT spec’s Checked all hydraulic pressures – with-in CAT spec’s Our Shop then Completed all Needed Mechanical repairs as follows: Disassembled machine to complete all Needed repairs.
